Provides technical support for personal computing hardware, software, and peripherals. Provides maintenance and front-end database management support for departmental systems (Sunapsis, SEVIS, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Sitecore CMS). Creates and manages front end immigration databases for internal and external stakeholders.
Assists client with the common uses of standard personal computing technology. Install, setup, and configure standard hardware and software. Diagnose and perform intermediate to advanced software and hardware repairs. Assists with data entry (i.e., input into Sunapsis, SEVIS, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions), ensuring records are accurate and updated in a timely manner. Ensures that data changes/updates are consistent between immigration databases. Assists with processing and monitoring errors in Sunapsis and SEVIS while coordinating with other technical staff. Assist with research, evaluation, and documentation of personal computing technologies standards and procedures. Assists with website maintenance. Assists with technical on-boarding preparation and training. Performs other duties as assigned.
Associate degree. Three (3) years of practical work experience in a computer related field. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
